Statistically speaking; transport, food, water, power and guns. Not nothing on it's own. But then theres the fact that all of the above (ours and theirs) have addresses. Things with addresses can be targeted for many kinds of attacks.

As for their willingness to fight dirty, I'd say conservatives are like a light switch. All or nothing.
