The sum of the "TOTAL" lines for the three candidates from the 2020-11-24_14-42-59_electionreturns_pa_gov_results.csv does not match the county data indicated in the letter. And the write-ins/discarded ballots are nowhere to be found. What a bananarepublic.
The electionreturns_pa_gov results is the data from https://www.electionreturns.pa.gov/ . The numbers are always still slightly changing so they might be +/- 500 in totals especially statewide.
Thank you for the links. I was trying to find the letter mentioned outside of twitter, and the electionwiz article linked down as it is basically just an article version of the tweets. Oh, and the page for State Rep. Frank Ryan (R-Lebanon) is down too...
