The car park of the hospital, very expensive to park there, and is covered with used masks.
Not a staff car park, so it would seem that many of those who visit wear a mask inside and when they get out of the place the first thing they do is take the diseased-filled mask and put it where everyone else can get infected.
If the China virus was real, there would be HAZMAT trash cans, people cleaning up the car park, and high temperature incineration of the masks.

As it is a hospital that is not run by politicians and public servants, they don't seem to have the infection that others have of the nurses spending their time doing dance routines.
