Seems to me you have a pretty clear cut libel case with Google saying the site has been hacked.. I'd hire someone to send a cease and desist letter if I were you. Id alao put $5 in the pot if you started a legal defense fund.. just sayin

Legal defense fund now up to $105. Google, Sophos...there's a list of POS companies that need to be held accountable.
