These are tunnel certs. I don't see the issue having the same cert for ssh keys on multiple remote servers.

I'm in I.T. and this can easily be very normal. Cloudflare is a content delivery network. That means they take your website and mirror it all over the globe. To do that, it requires the SSL certificate at each location.

You live in Canada and don't know how your own Federal Election works.

Federal Elections in Canada are PAPER BALLOT ONLY. Province, City, Hamlet elections use electronic tabulations/Dominion.
