Another problem that needs to be solved - Electric cars that are not charged by burning fossil fuels. Every 20 miles is another shovel of coal.

I'm all for cleaner energy. I'd support an effort to build more nuke plants, which are much more reliable and efficient than wind and solar.
Nuclear waste is an issue, but so is disposal of toxic chemicals in solar panels and landfills full of carbon fiber wind blades.
