At risk 60s ish neighbor who works at hospital got the vaccine Wednesday. Got Covid the next day. Had symptoms and then tested positive. In bed for 3 days with headache. Up and around now. True story from the real world. That's all I know. Take from it whatever you will.

I'm an essential worker, you have a elderly family member in a home? Because we work hard to do our jobs and be their family while on lockdown. And I don't have to take the vaccine, and I won't be. On religious grounds, not an anti-Vaxxer.
Go look at the symptoms of the vaccine... they're the exact same symptoms of Chana virus. They're just giving people China virus.
My uncle in his 60s with one kidney (lost the other to cancer) obese, diabetic, and an alcoholic, tested positive for covid and didn't even have any symptoms. Same with my aunt, who has had ovarian cancer, and is also an alcoholic and obese. Lol.
I have the same scenario. Friend’s wife works at hospital admin. Got vaccinated, got sick, tested positive. Could be coincidence, I don’t know.

My friend caught covid. He’s in shape and just felt fatigued. His wife just had a soar throat and fatigue. Nothing earth shattering.

To be fair, that's what a vaccine is; a dose of the disease in question so that your immune system can fight it. Being mildly inconvenienced for 3 days is pretty much what we've heard from most people who get it
