Bethesda is Commie country. No guns allowed. NoVA (Arlington) is Commie-occupied, but Patriot and 2A friendly state. Both areas are completely safe. You can walk into Arlington from the Mall (Capitol) in about an 30 min. Bethesda is a lot farther of a walk.
