Good. Any pig who enforces mask bullshit or lockdowns deserves whatever they get.

Cops are bureaucrats that all want that government pension. They need to be disbanded and reformed as focusing on the community while being for profit.

It's time to start calling our local police and sheriff's departments and find out if they will back the constitution or tyrants. Would be helpful to know in case shit goes sideways.

I'd also begin telling them to expect others' reactions to police brutality to begin going sideways. Tell them that people are getting tired of jack-booted thuggery from police, and do not feel the need to acknowledge their authority for these actions (mask mandates, shutting down businesses).

The LEO's need to understand the day is coming when these power trips will no longer acceptable in the public's eyes, and that an inevitable reckoning will happen.

Don't make threats - just tell them that they are lining up their own dominoes for this to happen. Cause - meet effect. Tell them this as one interested in seeing the peace be kept...

I claim my constitutional right as a human to not consent to their authority and they leave me alone. Where I'm from anyway.

Well...if this is a Sheriff's deputy, then she lives in a bad county.

The Sheriff - and his deputies - are to be the local authorities upholding the Constitution, not enforcing unConstitutional "mandates".

Were this deputy beat up by a thief/rapist/murderer - I'd back him.

Since this deputy was enforcing an unConstitutional "mandate' - I'm on the side of the citizen. The deputy should have left this one alone.

People are going to need to decide enough is enough. See the police confronting a citizen about masks? Begin to crowd around and peacefully force the police back. Stand up for your fellow citizen.

Tyranny ends when they cannot enforce the unConstitutional.
