Can Pence on January 6th not certify the electoral college because of suspected fraud and tell the six or seven states in question I'm going to subpoena you to give us all of your machines, records, envelopes, hard drives, thumb drives, and votes to do a thorough bipartisan investigation. When that is complete we will reconvene. Congress has subpoena power if the states don't turn over the information at that point those electoral votes would be given to Trump for those states. Instead of speculating put them on defense and make them prove there was no fraud in their states. It would probably be the first time this has been done, but there's also never been this kind of wide spread fraud in an election in our country before unprecedented times sometimes need unprecedented solutions.
