Call Texas Senator John Cronyn TODAY!! (202) 224-2934, Option 3

Let him know that you support the veto of the NDAA (defense veto) and that Section 230 needs to be repealed! This is the greatest threat to our democracy and is truly a national defense issue!

And that you support $2,000 checks for Americans, not $600 while laundering all of our money overseas.

I just called. Option 3 to speak to someone on staff.

FURTHERMORE, he doesn’t believe Trump “won.” Only that he has “the right to challenge the results.” Told him that if he doesn’t fall in line behind our President, that I look forward to supporting a MAGA primary challenge during his next election.

Cronyn sucks, always has, always will - he will ignore the calls, the emails and the noise, he needs to be primaried out.

anything worth doing is hard - but I agree with you, it will be difficult, it will take strength, courage and grit. The fight is worth it though, he has damaged our great nation and state for far too long

Section 230, not 203.

Cornyn is awful. When the Texas lawsuit was still active and about to go to the SC, he was openly dismissive of it. He could've kept his cake hole shut, but he decided to publicly undermine it instead.

Non-Texans should also be calling. Just be prepared to give a Texas zip code if they ask for one.

Can he be recalled or impeached in Texas?

I called and made it clear. If he's not on Team Trump then he's not on my team.

No. I already looked.

He just won another 6 more years too, so he doesn't care.

This was letter I rec'd from him a few days ago when I asked him to Vote on January 6th to NOT ACCEPT FRAUDULENT ELECTORS ..........

Dear-------:

Thank you for contacting me regarding the peaceful transition of presidential power. I am glad to have your comments on this matter.

The U.S. Constitution ensures all Americans enjoy the right to vote. I believe the integrity of elections in the United States is fundamental to the rule of law and the protection of our rights. I understand this is a time of uncertainty in our nation. More than 156 million people cast a ballot this election, and election officials and poll workers across the country have worked overtime to ensure every legal vote - whether cast in-person or by mail - is counted.

I have every confidence there will be a peaceful transition of powers. If there are irregularities, a sitting president is well within their rights to seek legal remedies in court just like any presidential candidate, and they have an obligation to present clear evidence and do so as quickly as possible. On January 20th, 2021, our nation will inaugurate a new president, as we have done every four years since the inauguration of George Washington in 1789.

While this process may feel drawn out to some, legal challenges are not unprecedented. In the 2000 presidential election, Al Gore did not concede he had been defeated until December 13th, 2000. In the weeks following the 2000 election, the American people waited as the court process played out, and once it concluded, the results were accepted. I had faith in the process which led to that result, just as I have faith in the process happening now.

When the U.S. House of Representatives meets on January 6th, 2021, to certify the results of the Electoral College vote, every American should have confidence in the outcome. The peaceful transition of power is one of the single greatest features of our democracy. Every four or eight years, the most powerful person in the world steps aside to allow their successor, chosen by the people, to lead. We must not allow the sanctity of our elections to be tainted by partisan politics.

I appreciate having the opportunity to represent Texas in the United States Senate. Thank you for taking the time to contact me.

Sincerely,

JOHN CORNYN United States Senator
