It took me twenty minutes to get a person on line after that fucking god awful robo menu. Then once I got someone on the line I joked “you guys must be busy today bc that wait was taking forever”... he was not amused and bitched why was I calling. I told him that I want an audit and he gave me the fucking email spiel then hung up on me. I’m on hold for my 3rd phone call right now bc he fuck him and fuck that department
