I’ll win the lottery and it will be revealed that the entire Democratic Party are actually reptilian aliens and Trump will save the world.
Is there a bot that can be turned on that will automatically move these obvious LARP post to a designated LARP folder, for those that enjoy reading that kind of thing?
The Constitution requires Pence to open Alabama's letter first, count Alabama's electors, and then move on to Alaska, then Arizona, etc., alphabetically. Pence cannot move on to the next state without first confirming the prior state's electors for Biden or Trump. If Pence begins to start challenging Biden electors at Arizona, the count is going to stop right there and Pelosi will physically remove the Senators from the House.
Right, Pence cannot just make up his own procedure for counting votes to troll Congress, obviously. Pence can set up Trump's 12A claim versus Pelosi's 20A claim if Pence refuses to recognize Arizona's electors for Biden. I imagine Pelosi expels the Senators from the House, and Pence leads the Republican Senators to continue the count in the Senate. SCOTUS would have to resolve the case before Jan 20, and could reach the merits of election fraud claims.
But neither Pence nor McConnell have publicly committed to backing Trump on the dueling electors play Jan 6.
I have no idea what the electoral college ballots look like, but I highly doubt they’re anything “scannable”. If I had to guess, it’s a hand written name on fancy card stock.
