This is EXACTLY what I've been thinking. Make them bring the pro-Biden evidence, because they obviously cannot. Force them to look at the evidence of fraud, because it's all America will be able to see once this sees the inside of a courtroom.
If this happens, its also a massive win in terms of legitimacy, having millions of people cheering in the streets on the 6th. Hard even for fakenews to try spin the narrative, as if it was some kind of coup against the will of the people.
This is largely what I have believed since election night. Sometimes the easiest way to get what you want in the legal system is to do what you want anyway and let the other guy spend resources to come after you. If you try to correct an injustice through the courts first, you have to expend your own resources. You get more optionality with forcing the other guy to come after you because the chance exists where he won't come after you.
