I did a bit of research on jan 6 and the above is NOT accurate. it is way more complicated.
the way ballots are certified, sent, counted, called, etc. is more complicated then this. only a court of law can determine that a slate of electors is invalid.
second, pence does not call out the votes. there are 2 callers from each party who call out the votes.
there is nothing that says that pence can pick between competing elector slates. that means invalid electors must be determined by a court of law before jan 6th, and filed with the correct agency
Legit question, on January 6th is that the new congress and senate at that point that was just voted in?
