Not necessarily. Some people have a serious immune system response that kills them. It happens with the flu also. It’s uncommon and they aren’t sure why it happens. Look into “cytokine storms”. I just logged onto that hellfire site for the first time since Election Day and checked the corona sub to see if anyone was finally losing it yet. Saw a thread about facial paralysis from the vaccine. Multiple replies said “Sounds scary. Still getting it.” Some people can’t be reasoned with.
