The standalone passage would allow faster release of funds for the pork because people would get the 2k. If the standalone fails the presidents signature on the original porkus pie is sufficient and the money flows to all the countries but the US in 40 days.

Doesn’t the porkulous bill also include Government budget? Meaning if he doesn’t sign it the government is shut down until it kicks in after 40 days?
