I downloaded it, when it was voted on, to see what's in it, like tons of other people did. You can do the same right now. It's not in there. A graphic on the internet is not a credible source, when the text of the actual bill is freely available. Show us in the bill where the pay raise is. There is no pay raise for Congress in the Omnibus bill. I've looked for it. You can do the same, easily. That bill is bad, really bad, but that's not in it.
