This will not go to any vote, trump wouldnt leave it to something that isnt a known outcome. Its either pence not counting the illegal votes and trump winning. Or biden concedes. Trump wouldnt win in either house. You think romney would vote for him? (media.patriots.win)

The vote for President goes to the House of Reps, where each state's delegation votes en banc, meaning whichever party holds the most seats in each state gets the one vote for that state. Republicans hold 28 over the Democrats 22 states. That means Trump wins.

The Senate votes for the VP and Pence would win there as well.
