How hasn’t Facebook closed this one down yet?

Because all the smart people left FB years ago and even the normies are currently partaking in a mass exodus and or severely curtailing their participation. FB is hemorrhaging revenue and userbase clout as a result.

So they'll let silly little fanclub groups like this exist, as long as they can stem the flow of lost users.
