Great set-up! The best part is...if you do t like your location or you have to move for some reason, you can move! Something about a rental van that make it a little more inconspicuous. Good luck and have a good time out there!
Catalytics don't make CO. But, they can deplete oxygen.
Any non-electric heater should have a good oxygen source by opening a window.
Even better if you have a small battery operated fan to circulate air.
But, you have a diesel and are not responsible for maintenance. I'd just bring an inverter for power and use the truck's heat.
