She was playing with a rope that hung down our stairs on our boat and did something dangerous and lost her life while me and son were just in the next room....such a silly but traject mistake. The rope was there from the elderly lady that lived there before us to help her get up the spiral staircase. We tried so hard to revive her but she was gone. Now I'm crying again....sorry

While you and another person was in the other room, you didn’t hear anybody squeal scream cry. It was completely silent? also no parent would have a rope hanging anywhere, where a child could play with it and get hurt. A parents natural instinct would be to remove any unnecessary risk factors from a child dying in your own home. I’m sorry I don’t believe you.
