Yes. Just keep them concealed. Remember not to talk to any police in DC. They need probable cause to search you - especially if you're not in a vehicle
I would highly recommend not showing to anybody you do not know or 100% trust.

Glowies are narcs looking to burn decent people by trying to get them to say or do something incriminating, or possibly give up info that can be used to burn them or their friends later
They are prob gonna set up portable metal detectors and restrict access so you have to pass thru. Close off streets and etc.
