You see now that enough minorities have been hired in, the tables have turned on the slumbering whites who thought 'merit' was a good reason to hire an eventual enemy force.
But that attitude in this country for decades is what has created a situation where you're now going to be faced with more and more pressure for diversity hires.
That seeming virtue you hold in fact left you and whole industries defenseless in the long run.
No sense of national unity and brotherly philia to our own kind has caused a problem.

I hire the best candidate. it that happens to be a String of White men so be it. If that happens to be Purple people with blue polka dots.. so be it.
