Had a bunch of little millennial chicks working for me prior to my retirement. Some of them were absolutely amazing hard workers. And you know what....their parents were conservatives! That was the only difference I could see, but it was very telling to me. It was obvious that they were raised right, self respect with an excellent work ethic.
Then there was the other ones.....complaining, ditching work, always late and my favorite was "Is that really in my job description?". Honey your job description is whatever I say it is, now get back to work! Another favorite was "Oh, I don't do that".......well then WTF are you doing here? Don't need you for the next assignment buh bye!

That reminds me of my first managerial job. I had to ask my boss to send over this one chick's job description so I can prove to her that doing a certain task was in her job description.
