You would be stupid not to! There would be a lawsuit around every corner and they would call in everytime time they didn't wake up feeling great. Woke people you will hear things such as: "that's not in my job description" or " I get paid by the hour" or if you are really lucky....you will get a workmans comp back injury that lasts years, never shows up on mri's and never seems to get better.
