I work in the tech-industry which is usually filled with socialist nonsense, but my particular company is pretty decent. There are two women above me on the totem pole and both are no-nonsense, professional and brilliant.

If a guy/girl/xit is all about political correctness and fluff, they reek of it in the interview and beyond. If someone is a pro who's there to do the job, I don't care about gender, accent, etc. I agree with you on that.
