I’m beginning to be looped into hiring decisions at my workplace. I always look for merit. However, if I even catch a whiff of any lefty or SJW nonsense from a potential hire, I try to get that person nixed from the consideration set as I’ve learned those characteristics are indicators of laziness and troublemaking. I’m sick of the 24/7 nonsense!
Also, I’m Latino—so I’m constantly wondering if I was hired based on merit or if I’m just a diversity hire. Given that I’m in a lefty city, probably the latter. It’s saddening.
