This is huge, California will lose a lot of seats and a lot of Electoral College Votes if I am not mistaken.

I'm in a small town in upstate NY. We have this one business that employs massive amounts of Mexicans. And over time the amount of Mexican's in our town just keeps growing and growing. Now you drive around and they're all you see, they have multiple shops in town and everything.
