99.86% of this solar system is a giant power plant that you plug into through DC! All solar panels, batteries, everything that runs on batteries, electronics, electric cars, everything in your car, proper LED lights, etc are naturally DC!
The only reason for AC is long-distance power transmission, to make it centralized so that the government could cut it off at any time.

Total non-sequitur. I had to look him up, and if anything he's one of the Tesla mythos fantards, while I'm on the Edison side of "the current war". (I have nothing against Tesla, but many of the myths surrounding his inventions are BS.)
Edison was right that high-voltage AC had killed people - both directly and by starting fires at, which at the time could burn down entire cities. Edison refused to work on offensive weapons, and didn't want massive fires on his conscience either.
Random interesting fact: Edison was good friends with Henry Ford and also Calvin Coolidge, the best US president before Trump. 😁
Another random interesting fact: the government will turn off your electricity if it doesn't like you. It's the first thing they did before the massacre at Waco. These days not having electricity is like being deaf and blind. Only a person whose electricity cannot be cut off from outside his Property is truly free.
