  1. did your state have any counties or precincts that told observers that the counting was done for the night and then resumed counting without observation? 2) did your state count more ballots than it has registered voters, even after allowing 2 weeks to process "same day" registration? 3) did your state include ballots cast by minors, felons and/or people registered to vote in other states? We know which states have to answer yes to these questions; if the Electors lie then Pence should have them ejected for committing perjury, if they truthfully answer "yes" then he should reject their "standing" as Electors since they are there as a result of fraud and illegal actions.

This would directly give him a legal reason, seperate from anything else, for rejecting them.

All they have to do is say "Not to my knowledge" and they're let off. If Pence forces a yes or no it's instantly compelled evidence and they're let off.

I thought he was opening envelopes, not accepting them from the electors. Am I wrong?
