House delegation works for the vote if it gets kicked to them to select the president because that's in the constitution. What's being suggested here isn't and I'm not sure how they would be able to get it approved . Dems still own the House.
Because it is part of the election process. The Constitution calls for state delegations to decide Presidential elections if needs be, because the President represents the Union. Therefore, any objections to electors, as part of the election, must also be handled by delegations. It’s pretty simple really.
The prelude to that must be Pence challenging the electors as I understand it. Is that wrong or can the state delegation challenge them? I've seen some articles here wanting state delegations to challenge the electors prior to the 6th but so far that's been shut down. So, I guess I'm confused about exactly how this process would work.
