I think they do have that for politicians, or some kind of disclosure, which is why they have bagmen like crackhead hunter and Pelosi's husband
Great idea
Sunshine Act, like all laws has a noble name, but what it really does is make criminals out of ordinary people working, and mountains for paperwork and lawyers.
They'd only ignore it anyway.
