CURVEBALL. If they do successfully shut down DC, how will the congressmen vote? The rules allowing vote by proxy they adopted due to corona are expiring. They will actually have to be present in DC with the new round of congressmen at least until they install new vote by proxy rules. I read about this in an article saying Pelosi could lose the vote for speaker if not enough people show up in person
