Lol completely out of context. Stats are not racist. Yes crime is through the rough and they need to fix it within their communities. If you think stats are racist, maybe you have to re-evaluate what I am communicating. Racist things I refer to are things like comments saying they won't hire an individual because of color of skin regardless of qualifications, skill level, performamce. Etc.
The same way you admit crime stats are real and not racist, the same stats apply to colored employees and females. You're basically guaranteed trouble at some point, IF you screw up and hire a lefty.

Ahhhhh not really, interviews and recommendations, go a long way. I've been on the hiring end (not naking decisions but observing). Skin color is no guarantee of production. As a matter of fact, most of the people we had to let go in my company were fired for stealing, and doing drugs. Coincidentally, all were white. Now, just because historically speaking ALL the employees that have been fired have been white for drug use or stealing, does that mean I will not recommend hiring white people? In no way. I will look at the resume and reccomendations and hire based on that.
