They've gotten away with it for so long, they THINK they can get away with it/there's no consequences. But they haven't gone up against Trump before.

If him and us combined can't take them out, then for sure the country's screwed.

Honestly they probably were... however lawsuits were filed before the election to alleging the same thing. SO I guess we'll see!
