"Indefinitely Confined" means you are seriously disabled and in a nursing home. Not because you fear getting the sniffles from Wuhan Flu.

A few thousand voters in Wisconsin properly used that category in 2016.

Hundreds of thousands of voters improperly used it in 2020 Wisconsin. No doubt 99% of these fraud votes went for Mr Sniffy.
