I remember a story from some literal 3rd world shithole, a squalid shanty town, where plastic bags were the toilets. They started getting lazy with disposal, so would simply fling the bags as far as they could throw them. The trend caught on, so bags of shit would randomly rain from above, all across the shanty town. (j. edgar hoover building, dnc hq, irs...)
I plan on making at least one of these and taking it in my vehicle on 1/6/2021. I don't suppose the fedgov is gonna roll out the welcome mat for us on The Mall.
