Police is something needed ina society. That said, just like many people, it's very easy to just do what you are told. And if evil is in power and are the ones giving the orders it takes a rare person, and therefore a rare officer to fear God more than they fear their rulers. If you want to make reform of the police, we need to legalize God.

Thats the very reason cops are needed cause whats dumb to one person may not be dumb to you. We need some definitive moral guidance to go by. Bible.
