I only registered as a Republican in 2016 to vote for Trump, before that I didn't vote. In 2018 I switched to independent as I noticed the Republican party were bestfriends the dems behind closed doors. It all been political theater.
I left the Republican party after Bush Sr. It's been like that for a while now, we all suspected it, but Trump exposed the vastness of the swamp. We've been played, strung along for decades. Its one big club, and we ain't in it.

There was another one before Trump, Ross Perot. For a brief moment there he gave me hope. But he crashed and burned.
