America does not have the best healthcare in the world. We spend the most of any country, and have the worst healthcare system of all 11 first-world countries. Thank the pharmaceutical industry. Doctors focus on little to no preventative care, almost exclusively pill pushers.

The only part of health care we have that is excellent is crisis care. Meaning, if you're on death's door, we can bring you back or keep you alive longer.
