You really believe that "niggas" can't figure out what's best for them and their families? "Niggas" aspire to the same things you do. You see different, you believe differently. The main difference is who our leaders are, and, unfortunately, all of our leaders have sold us out, just in different ways. We've all been fucked, and as soon as you let go of your ankles you may figure that out.
I was alive in the same time as MLK Jr. and Malcolm X. They strived for something different, but even if they were alive today, they wouldn't come together with us in our time of need. Their message was for the hope of their race, and I will never blame them for it. Tribalism will never leave us truly. We may fight the true enemy together for a time, but never as one. Just two separate peoples against a worse oppressor. They deserve their freedom as we do, but it must be separate and equal. They have their bigots, and we most certainly have ours. As long as we try and stay together and intermingle, neither of us will have true peace. We both are not evolved that way, and we shouldn't try to force it. Separate but equal would work, it will never work the other way.
The boundaries in tribalism are drawn based on a code of four virtues. Strength, courage, mastery, and honor. This is the Way of Men. I will always include people in my tribe who display these virtues, regardless of skin color. Your antiquated views of tribalism will weaken your own tribe, as you tell me you would accept a weak, cowardly, burdensome, and honorless member over one of a different color.
I second this. I realize we have been morally conditioned to believe that integration is paramount to our social order, but after 62-plus years on this Earth, I’ve concluded segregation has its place. I’m not advocating for unequal treatment or inequities - only the recognition that the cultural divide between blacks and whites is too steep a chasm to cross. One only needs to examine the black vote for Biden - an avowed friend of Klansmen - to realize that the average black person overwhelmingly will always vote for a Democrat, in spite of repeated racial insults by that candidate. And even after Donald Trump’s enormous outreach to black voters - who rejected it. I believe blacks and whites can tolerate each other, and even form meaningful relationships one on one - but we are speaking of two entirely different cultures The twain shall not meet, not in my lifetime anyway
