This has been one of my main points..that Biden CANNOT be sworn in because he and his entire family have been compromised by China. China OWNS the entire Biden family. Our military has to protect the Republic, and if that means removing a "President Elect" because he poses a national security risk, they are obliged to do so under penalty of law. And by removing I mean, Biden must be charged and indicted as a traitor in military court.
If some GOPers made their bed, they can lay in it. And as far as I'm concerned it high time to rip off the BandAid, and get the show on the road as they say. Sure, 30% of the country will stomp, cry and scream for awhile, but the other 70% will get it. Even if they didn't vote for Trump. This country has survived worse. And I think, given the short attention span of most Americans, Biden will end up just a faint memory come spring time.
Your sentiments are shared by myself and others I work with, and many around the US and the world feel the same way. The US is strong and can deal with it. Not dealing with it is what would cause serious damage in both the short and long run.

It cannot be a military trial because those are in secret. American citizens of both sides would need to have such a trial broadcast openly.
