True that on Pedophile-Erect, but this is treason and not in a category that would be allowed to proceed. Personally I think the military could intervene if it had to, and there have been big brass in seemingly crisis level meetings.

Under military law aren't you presumed guilty or something? I know military law is different. I heard court martials work that way though I am in no way a military lawyer nor a vet.

There has never been a President (almost) Elect so incredibly compromised. Even the female secret service dread him and work hard to keep him away from being alone with young kids and females. This was well known during his days as VP.

No, a court martial is a trial where evidence is presented like in a civilian trial. What you are thinking of is NJP (non judicial punishment) where a CO can just give a punishment for any number of infractions against the UCMJ.
