I was hoping to get to DC, coming from California. But going into NY because my brother lives in Staten Island.

Looks like I might not make it to DC because of circumstances.

But the airline website says that I must get 2 negative PCR covid tests to be welcome in the state of NY. One test within 72 hours before flying. Another, 4 days after arriving and after a 3 day mandatory self quarantine.

As any rational American who is immune to brainwashing would... I'm asking who is enforcing this and how?

Anybody have any intel for me?

Fly in to Jersey and take an Uber.

I'm already booked into Laguardia.

Are you saying I should pay to change my destination?

Depends on how pricey and how strict you think they will be.

If you must fly in to LGA, try rinsing your nose out with a netipot a few times a day a couple days prior to the test. Then do it again the day of the test. The test is reliant on whatever cells (living or dead) that it finds. Should help if you flush them all out first.
