Even in good times medical errors are the third leading cause of death in the USA. At best, any malpractice is easily swept under the rug as, sorry, COVID.
I think this is a coincidental timing thing. He tested positive for Covid. I don't know why he went to the hospital, but he died of a heart attack. If there's one thing I learned throughout this whole Covid pandemic, it's that hospitals are hazardous to your health.

How does a healthy 41 year old guy die of COVID? I know 80 year olds with horrible health who went into the hospital, got COVID in the hospital, spent a day in ICU, and are perfectly fine. How does this happen? Did the man have some sort of other issue that did this? How does COVID get so bad that a healthy 41yo guy suddenly dies? Wouldn't he have felt really bad and gone to the hospital?
I'm not saying foul play but something doesn't seem right here.
