If you're the CEO of a company, and today find out that your last day at the company is January 20th, you would not begin firing the Director of Human Resources, the VP of Finance, the Director of Finance, the Senior VP of International Sales, and replacing them with people you know very well and trust.
Furthermore, why would you TAKE an appointment like this if you thought the other side was about to come into power in a few short months? They'd fire you immediately. It would be a 2 month assignment. You would barely get set up and into the job before getting a notice that you were fired. Who would want to completely disrupt and upend their lives moving into a new job that you knew had a very short expiration date? Anyone even REMOTELY associated with Trump will be fired immediately under a Biden administration. To give you a feel for it, the first two paragraphs are this:

The EO created guidelines for detecting, reporting, and dealing with election fraud – prison, asset seizure, etc. I believe this EO plays an important part in what’s happening right now. ELECTION FRAUD IS A MATTER OF NATIONAL SECURITY and voting machines are part of critical infrastructure. I believe that this EO could be combined with Martial Law and/or the Insurrection Act which would allow habeas corpus to be suspended – which means you do not have a right to an attorney. You can be held indefinitely. No bail. No rights. Additionally, the asset seizure is total and complete. Meaning, if the CCP has been hacking our election Trump can seize ALL of their assets in the US – property, money, businesses, etc. Don’t forget that this president also completely shut down travel from China. He’s the first US president to stand up to China. These acts and Eos would allow the US the take over any or all means of communication/media. In other words, the DoD can walk into Twitter and take over control of the company for an indefinite period. Do some digging for yourself and look at what Lincoln did at the start of the Civil War. He took over newspapers and arrested those guilty of insurrection.

Never said we should wait for Trump to save us. Totally agree with you on that. He gave the call, we should show up in massive numbers. Whether that means a mere show of force in support or an actual employment of that force remains to be seen.
And even though I have absolute faith that he has a plan and will be victorious, I also think there will be violent blowback from a cornered enemy. So we need to be prepared to defend and protect our homes, families, and neighborhoods when he DOES drop the hammer and shit goes kinetically sideways.

Honestly, I’m in the same boat as you pretty much. But at this point you either trust in Mike Pence as a last final long shot or you kinda see that the only option is some sort of Q happening. I think there are too many coincidences for Q to be completely fake, but I also think it won’t be mass arrests and military tribunals necessarily. It can go down a lot more efficiently and in a low key way, but that wouldn’t be much of a “great awakening”.
My final thought is that God is really self-actualized through belief and prayer. I’m a Hindu but I don’t think it matters your religion more than that everyone prays and has faith. It’s like voting kind of. The more people that have faith in something greater guiding us through this dark time, the more chance it has of materializing. I think Trump has specifically mentioned this kind of concept too. I’m keeping the faith, but also doing what I can to help. If you saw the Trump tweets of the graphs of votes over time I helped a team that put those together. I think we all know pizzagate was real and Q is just a better and more sophisticated version of the same story. There’s evil in this world but Trump has at the very least exposed it, and I believe he really has caught them all and has a plan moving forward. Here’s to faith and hope!!
