The courts and Pence won't touch something that should be resolved by the legislatures. We need to focus on exposing the Rinos in these legislatures and make sure they know this is a career ending issue... and then primary them anyway.

You are a hundred percent correct. My brother is a judge in the AF and we were just talking about this tonight. He said there are remedies to deal with voter fraud and it IS the legislatures. If the legislatures know there is fraud and still chose to send Biden electors that is up to them unfortunately. So lets get this straight, we are not going to win by the legislatures OR the courts. They corrupt and cucked. At this point, Trump needs to have an ace up his sleeve that we do not know about or Biden will be president.
This is true. Although I would think the Supreme Court would be obliged to suggest a remedy of any infractions of state election laws to the state legislature...but so far they seem reticent to offer any judgments. An ace up the sleeve could save the country. We'll see.
I love Robert Barnes because he puts things in perspective, and he said the same thing for weeks now. If the courts won't do their job, legislature have all the power to do so. SCOTUS doesn't give a shit because they are appointed for life, but the legislatures should give a shit because they are up for re-election.
The thing is, they're in complete denial and believe the voters will forget their cowardice.
Pence does have a great deal of power. It’s just the extent he chooses to use it
1887 Electoral College Act. The 2005 contest of Ohio by Senator Barbara Boxer followed that law.
Fuck you and fuck your fuckboi Lin Wood who has done nothing for us
How many times must you be betrayed by politicians and the courts before you realize that WE are our only hope. No politician is coming to save us.
The constitution does not give congress the ability to modify the procedure without an amendment. So that act is questionable. The Electoral Count Act is however, a reasonable enough interpretation, but whether it is binding has yet to ever be seen.
