The fact of the matter is that if Trump does not take some type of drastic measure, he can forget about running in 2024 if he planned on it. He is letting every single remedy FAIL so he can go to military tribunals. That's what RIchard Donaghue is for. He's a JAG lawyer and has already won cases against HUAWEI, and in case you hadnt noticed, the bad guys here are the Chinese govt. Trump just put all his players in place, and they already have all the evidence that shows how the algorithms flipped votes. I honestly think Biden may come out and conceded right before Inauguration and try to blame it on Trump for "not abiding by the rules of Democracy" and he will try to make himself as the "good guy" that is conceding to keep the nation from "fully dividing."
More and more evidence is going to come out and potentially even a serious court case will turn over elections in some states/cities that will lead to Biden simply conceding before making himself look completely stupid once he is President. If a special counsel is directed towards Biden, he knows he is going to get caught in a bunch of shit.
