NSW has had community spread cases. The rest of the states only have cases from returned travelers which go into quarantine when they arrive. That said each state is handling it differently and it's strange that even with no community cases in my state we still aren't doing fireworks for new years when we just had people packed like sardines in shopping centres for boxing day sales
